What Others Have To Say
I found the 6 week course to be very informative and loved the interactive approach.
I initially signed up for the course as a form of couples counselling during a period when I felt that my 16 year marriage was busy disintegrating. Although the course was advertised from what seemed to be set out only for Islamic couples, I was pleasantly surprised at the open-mindedness and different manner in which the coach approached the relative topics. Initially, the 1st 3 weeks of the course seemed to focus on marital issues, but later it soon came to light that this course was sooo much more than that! It caused me to do introspection and made me aware of attributes (both good and bad) that I have, that I was not even aware of. Thus it gave me a better understanding as to the troubles in my marriage and how I was also directly or indirectly an instrumental part of the troubles.
I furthermore found the couch to be riveting, entertaining and yet very knowledgeable on topics and issues raised and that he was able to adequately deal with questions and answer concerns raised by the students during the lecturing and coursework material.
Although I am not Muslim I was able to follow the scriptures and identify the impact thereof in myself and my marriage which pleasantly surprised me. I found the environment to be warm, friendly, non-judgmental and very open-minded. I have attended many marriage counselling sessions in my past and even seen psychologists over a period of 6 years, but the self-discovery and knowledge of myself, my addictions and coping mechanisms have never been highlighted to me in this fashion before this 6 week course. I feel somehow empowered as I was forced to look inside myself and discover what my needs were and why they are not being adequately met by my spouse.
The course has by no means fixed my marital problems, but definitely created a better framework of communication and understanding between me and my spouse. I am now able to identify the things I have struggled with during my marriage and am now more aware of how my marital relationship will always have these struggles, unless drastic lifestyle changes are made. I feel better empowered and equipped on how to deal with problems from a different perspective as opposed to the old perspective, which clearly was not working out very well for both me and my spouse.
I think that this course is an intense course and not for the faint-hearted.
Kind regards
Natalie
When I came to the training, I decided I want more out of life, mediocrity is not enough anymore. I have been in such a bad space for a number of years. As it turns out, I got so much more out of the program than expected. The program may have saved my life. I am now able to put expectations aside and are suddenly open to new experiences and the essence of life itself. I learned to live in the moment and enjoy what life has to offer; I can now connect with the world and look forward to what’s coming next. I can truly now say yes to life again.
I learned that I have the ability within myself already to improve my quality of life. I moved from a space of not appreciating life and what it can offer, to a place where abundance exists and is within reach. I feel so energized and open to all opportunities without any fear of lack and limitation, and this positive experience is just not subsiding.
I think every single person should have the chance to take part in this process of self-discovery. I would recommend this training to any and everyone, whether to become a life coach or just to show your children how to approach life and learn the skills to resolve personal issues. Structural alignment takes goal setting to a whole new level.
What I also got from the training is that the structural alignment model and its skills are an absolute necessity in life. It creates the ability to relate to life with new freedom and power. This training will give all, the opportunity and skill set to resolve personal issues from where you can move on and direct all your energy towards your clients without your own operations getting in the way. This is not a once off thing, but life-changing stuff – a moment by moment approach to being alive. The structural alignment model enabled me to think and act outside existing views and limits and redefine myself and the reality I use to know. This is very empowering and liberating.
It becomes within my reach to create my moments.

I still feel as though my chest has been opened up. In fact, this feeling made me realize that the upside to having had the wind knocked out of your chest is that it forces you to take a deep breath and make use of your full lung capacity to feel alive again. This is exactly what this face-to-face
leaning engagement gave me…a new lease on life. Of course, with the skills I learnt from the course, I am destined to be a great coach who will impact the lives of my clients positively and understanding how the coaching process works will make the offering highly effective. That is why I have recommended
this course to other professionals who I believe have potential to be great coaches as well.
Not only have I been empowered as a professional but I understand a great deal about me. I appreciate the input from you very much. I highly recommend you and I have no doubt that our nation will be much stronger as each person takes their journey – one person at a time and one step at a time.

My terrible secret was that I was terrified of driving. 3 car accidents over the years and lots of negative self-talk had me stuck in fear in so many ways. 20 minutes of life coaching with Ridhwaan and I’m back on the road. So if any of you spot a gorgeous blue-black Jetta on the road, driving really slowly, you have Ridhwaan to thank for that. Thank you Ridhwaan!!
The idea of “life coaching” was never an option to me, as I thought “who can possibly teach me how to embrace life”. Today, I can confidently say that I was wrong, and that a life coach was the missing piece to my puzzle. At the start of this journey, I was in a relationship that I was trying to get out of for a long while. A relationship in which my voice was silenced, my movements were controlled and my values were ignored. After being coached about what it was that I was looking for in a partner, and how to regain my voice that has been silenced, I finally had the courage to walk away. This was the start to a new me, one that focused on my needs, my desires, and my life journey.

I now have my dream home by the beach, a fabulous 4×4 and my salary is 5 times what I earned when I started coaching.
I’ve worked with Ridhwaan for 2 years on both my life and business, at one point this was the same thing. I no longer suffer chronic burn out and have discovered so much. How I avoid things!! How I think like a depressed person!! How I have the right to take control of my destiny!! How I worked WAY too hard!! How I’d neglected my friends and the remedy for all of the above was reconnecting with myself!! I’m currently enjoying a 3 month vacation while my company continues to run quite successfully.

I knew Ridhwaan in his personal capacity for a number of years before requesting his services professionally. I wasn’t facing any specific challenge, but felt I wasn’t living life to the fullest. I did what everyone else did; got my degree, got a job, worked Monday – Friday, from 8-5; and that was fine. Ridhwaan helped me to realise that there can be more. I’m now self-employed, work Mon – Thursday from 10-1 and in peak season, earn half of my former annual salary in two months. This has afforded me the opportunity to live a more meaningful and rewarding life; focussing on religion, family and recreation.
